Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MediVibe24 Solutions , we strive to provide you with the best quality products and customer experience. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please refer to the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via:

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

MediVibe24 Solutions -Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure or verification issues

  • Pricing or product listing errors

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is missing from your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • The return must be initiated within 2 working days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

  • You must provide photo or video evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the return status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Items returned without prior approval or documentation

  • Health and personal care products once opened (due to hygiene concerns)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is incorrect or damaged due to our error.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
